If you would like to request an appointment please call 616.949.7460 and ask to speak with our Intake Coordinator. Our front desk/reception office hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00AM to 12:00PM Friday.  Evening and weekend appointments for select clinicians are available upon request. Any cancellations should be done 24 hours in advance and directed to the front desk receptionist at 616.949.7460 and follow the automated prompts.
