Omar moved from Detroit to Grand Rapids in 1997 and earned his Master of Social Work Degree from Grand Valley State University in 2007. Omar has dedicated his career to working with client who were seeking help with adjustment, change, and trauma. Omar uses a constant positive regard to examining priorities and to setting personal boundaries to help make realities out of our goals. Omar has also been an adjunct lecturer at Grand Valley State University and Aquinas College. He enjoys community service and has served as an executive of several local and state-wide nonprofit boards.
